Supporting the start and growth of new and developing community businesses.
The Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub, located on Society Street, Ballinasloe, has undergone a remarkable transformation into a cutting-edge remote working digital hub. Previously the old Bank Chambers building, it was acquired by Ballinasloe Area Community Development CLG in 2021 with a vision to revitalise the town centre and promote sustainable economic and financial prosperity within the community, particularly focusing on assisting startups and growing businesses to thrive.
Dedicated to supporting both emerging and expanding enterprises, this modern Enterprise Hub is equipped to meet the demands of today’s rapidly evolving work landscape. It features private offices, flexible workspaces, hot desks, privacy booths, and meeting room. Additionally, we provide high-speed fibre broadband and sustainable energy heating systems.
“With convenient access to major rail and bus networks, along with the M6 Motorway, the Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub emerges as an optimal location for new businesses, startups, and remote workers alike.”
The establishment of the Ballinasloe Enterprise Hub has been enabled by grant aid funding from the Just Transition Fund (DEEC) and Town and Village Renewal Fund (TVRS), along with a substantial contribution from BACD utilising their own cash reserves and by securing a loan from the Ballinasloe Credit Union.
