The Ballinasloe Enterprise Centre, situated in Creagh, Ballinasloe, was formerly St. Endas Hospital, part of the Western Health Board Campus, until its acquisition by Ballinasloe Area Community Development clg in 1999. Over the past 25 years, it has undergone extensive renovations. Today, it stands as a vibrant community hub, housing 26 enterprises and employing over 170 individuals, thereby contributing significantly to the local Ballinasloe economy.

The centre offers a range of facilities including office space, flexible workspaces, co-working space, as well as meeting and training rooms. Lyn Donnelly, full-time BACD manager since January 2012. Qualified Civil Engineer with 18 + years of experience in Business & Community development. Overseen capital projects including a new roof and upgrading works at Ballinasloe Enterprise Centre along with numerous community development projects. A Dublin native, now living in Lawrencetown, Lyn is an active member of Kiltormer Camogie and Ballinasloe Rugby Clubs

Martina Flanagan

Administration Manager

Martina Flanagan, full-time administration manager who joined BACD in April 2022 with over 30 years experience in administration management from working in a diverse range of businesses. A Ballinasloe native, Martina has been involved with many local clubs and organisations over the years and is currently Chairperson of Ballinasloe’s annual trad music festival “Féile Cheoil Larry Reynolds“.
